Our plans go beyond the next harvest. We’re working toward a farm that grows more of its own food and generates more of the energy it needs.
Solar power
We plan to install solar panels to generate electricity on the farm and reduce our reliance on grid power. The sun will help us grow in more ways than one.
Battery storage
Planned battery storage will let us save solar energy for later use and build greater resilience into the farm’s power supply.
Greenhouse growing
A greenhouse is part of our plan to extend the growing season, give young plants a strong start, and expand what we can grow for our customers.
